Company not forthright with their fees and charges regarding title and tags for a vehicle. They tell you they charge $30 more than what you would pay at the MVA ,for a convenience fee or processing fee. What they don't tell you is they charge an additional $34 for some computer system they use. They also charge random erroneous fees that they can't explain. All in all ,They charged me $72.55 more than if I had gone to the MVA. They can't even offer you a breakdown of their fees. Had they been up front and transparent about the actual extra fees they charge I would have never used them. When I contacted them regarding this ,asking them for an explanation of fees, they were less than helpful, stating it is what it is and that's the fee's the computer generates. So much for customer service. When they couldn't explain an $8 discrepancy in the fees, they said" it's only $8 dollars" instead of, let me figure out WHY we charged you an extra $8. Charging people fees without clear explanation is wrong. Poor business practice.
