I love the drive thru there. I never had to wait for a long time to place an order and I have always been greeted with a smile and a consciensance worker. I've been going to this one for a while now and I have yet to have my order wrong. I definitely love the fact that they serve breakfast items all day long, I love breakfast food for a quick snack or a little dessert. Menu is extensive and prices are great. Thanks for the wonderful service McDonald's.
I just got two happy meals with my kids and their grandfather, they both got girl toys and one box of nuggets was cookies, my father went inside to inform them that they messed up the order and they treated us like it was joke, what if my son was diabetic that was a serious mistake. Smh. Service was horrible and staff was rude. I think people should pass this store and go to another.
This place is needs some serious help. Even when the manager is working on orders things are messed up. They can never get even the most simplest of orders correct and most of the people working there act as if you are bothering them. If they dislike their job so much they are more than welcome to acquire the skills needed to find better employment.
I really don't understand the ignorance and Idiocracy here. Everytime I order here, there is something messed up. I dont recall one time they actually got my whole order right. It takes a special talent to be this dumb, I just really can't understand why it's so hard to fill an order correctly. Either I'm missing an item afterwards, or if I ask for mustard, I'll get mayo. They will forget a straw. Then when I go back to get my order corrected, they always cop an attitude! Idk if it's poor management, or lack of common Sense, but some quality training is in order. Basic customer service will go a long way. No one expects it to be a 5 star restaurant. Just get the damn order right. It's not that hard....
The woman in the order taking window is great always gets order correct and polite checks order for accuracy every time I come here now at the pick up window its a disaster you get parked 20 minutes drive home 15 minutes to realize a whole meal is missing go back to store to get missing meal and get parked for another 20 minutes in meantime your fries and cold and can tell they are reheated and you have 8-10 cars parked at a time no one knows what order goes to what car. Sitting here 25 minutes and still waiting while doing this review.... A TOTAL DISASTER!!!!!! Been sitting here since 8pm and now 8:30 Hello still waiting only need a double quarter pounder no mustard it shouldnt take that long this is fast food!!
